I hiked this trail on September 10th, 2021 by myself.

I did this hike on the way to Starkville, Mississippi to watch the NC State-Mississippi State football game. After camping for the night at Burrell's Ford Campground, I packed up my bags, put them in my car, and started the hike with just a day bag and a water bottle. There was a massive tree that had fallen over the end of the trail which made passing rather difficult.
